MegaMinds is fully committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and protecting the privacy and safety of children under 13 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent or authorization from a school acting on behalf of parents. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal information to MegaMinds.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without proper consent, we will promptly delete that information from our systems. If you believe your child’s information may have been collected in error, please contact us immediately at contact@gomegaminds.com.

School-Managed Accounts

For school or district subscriptions, MegaMinds operates as a service provider to the educational institution. Under COPPA, the school may authorize the collection of personal information from students for educational purposes. The school is responsible for obtaining any required parental consent and ensuring compliance with COPPA.

Parental Oversight

For individual or home subscriptions, parents or legal guardians are expected to supervise their child’s use of MegaMinds and ensure that personal information is not submitted without consent.

Policy Updates

We may update our COPPA practices from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our services. When updates are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of our Privacy Policy and make the changes publicly available.
