Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are committed to complying with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age; and if a user is under 13, they should not submit any personal information to us.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

For school subscriptions, the school’s authorization is required as per the regulations of COPPA. The school must obtain appropriate parental consents for online collection of personal information from children under 13.

Parents, in the case of individual subscriptions, are expected to monitor their children’s use of our services and prevent the submission of personal information without parental consent.

From time to time, we may update our practices to address changes in technology, legal requirements, and our services. When we make changes to these practices, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of our Privacy Policy.
