How much does a MegaMinds Site License cost?
The school or district wide license is a flat rate annual subscription that includes unlimited access to all premium features, for all staff at your school or district. The pricing is tiered based on school size. If you’d like a quote, please fill out the Quote Request Form above to get the best pricing for the 2024-25 school year.
Can I purchase a plan with my ESSER, EANS, or Title I funds?
Yes, MegaMinds was designed based on learning science principles, and qualifies for federal funding including ESSER, EANS, and Title I. MegaMinds can support key initiatives such as SEL, accelerated learning, recovering lost instructional time, delivering high-dosage tutoring, and facilitating summer learning.
Does MegaMinds accept purchase orders?
Yes! We accept them for schools and districts. Request an official quote and we’ll send it to you right away so your school can process the purchase order. While we do not process PO’s for our individual licenses, we are able to provide you with an invoice after the purchase is made so that you can request your employer to reimburse you for the cost.
What payment methods does MegaMinds accept?
We accept credit cards, checks and direct deposits (wire transfers).

Will MegaMinds fill out special paperwork for my district or state?
